Become A Volunteer In Our Parks
Since Hendricks County Parks and Recreation was founded, volunteers have been imperative to our ability to make a meaningful impact on our park visitors.  Their enthusiasm, time, and talents are important contributions to our parks.  Whether you have a passion for history, the outdoors, or working with children, we have opportunities for you to help make Hendricks County Parks outstanding places to visit.

If you would like to become a volunteer, simply follow these steps:

1. Contact our Volunteer Coordinator to discuss your areas of     interest
2. Complete a background investigation form
3. Spend a few hours with our park naturalist and discuss what       projects and opportunities interest you.
4. Enjoy the rewarding experiences that will follow!
